My name is Bryan Kurty. I live in Pennsylvania and I’m married to Jerelyn. We have three wonderful kids. I work as a project manager for a commercial door and hardware distributor and build custom cabinets on the side. I serve as an elder for my local church.
I am passionate about helping people follow Jesus and helping the church think through how to actually be the church. I enjoy reading good books, building and creating, growing my beard, and spending time with my family.
I started this blog as a way to work through gospel applications in my own life, but also to help others process their journey of following Jesus. Gospel awareness is my way of referring to how the gospel has changed every aspect of my life and how my heart is in constant need of reorientation as it’s exposed to the truth of the gospel.
